Chorten Kora is one of Bhutan’s oldest and most sacred religious sites, built in 1740 by Lama Ngawang Loday. The festival is celebrated in honour of the sacred chorten and attracts thousands of devotees from Bhutan and neighbouring Arunachal Pradesh, India.

Visitors can witness the unique Dakpa Kora and Drukpa Kora rituals, traditional prayers, spiritual ceremonies, and experience Bhutan’s rich Buddhist culture surrounded by ancient traditions and beautiful landscapes.
